Facebook Data Collection and Usage 

When a user want's to register/login to our platform using facebook login, we collect 2 data entities from facebook. 

public_profile : We use public informations shared by a facebook user like first name. last name and profile picture, these are required for customer account management.

email : User's email address is collected, which is required for account management. This is also required for order management process.

 

Data Deletion Request

We at Eatance Food Delivery take utmost safety while handling user data. However incase if any user want to delete their account or any of their data collected by us, they can reach us anytime using the contact details provided at the very end of current page and we will do the same requested by the user. Also we do provide account deletion option at our platform which can be used by the user to delete their account themselves

Location Data

Eatance Food Delivery Driver Application uses location data and is only for internal purpose to track the order and admin can see the current location of the rider. we do not share these details with any third parties.. Users can decide at any time whether they want to provide background location access or not. The current location of the delivery partner needs to be updated so that it can be tracked in the client app as well as in the admin panel. As we provide passengers with the ability to navigate to the destination via Google Maps, so we need to track their location even when they have kept the app running in the background.

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
